photoshop i want to have a picture black and white but with certian things still in color
i have a cannon powershot a530 does it matter what kind of camera i have

You will likely need an image editing program. If you don't have photoshop, try Google's picassa. It is a pretty good tool to have and may be able to do what you need.

If you want to edit your picture yourself you have to have some kind of photo editing software.. try picasa or download the adobe photoshop elements for free trial..
but if you want someone to do it for you try www.stratfordgallerys.com they can edit your picture however you want. low cost.
