Protester, one who objects strongly. There is no such thing as protestor.

The difference is one word is spelled correctly and the other one isn't. There is no such word as protestors.

people who are pro about testing something?(animal testing?)

-protestors
pepople who are making demonstrations or something and really dislike something(as in, they are"protesting")
