Do you think nothing causes anything? I recently read this theory and was curious.

If causality is wrong, then pretty much everything I believe in is wrong!

Considering that what scientists truly know about Quantum Physics could fit into a thimble, I don't think it would be wise to abandon causality just yet...

I don't believe in causality. On a fundamental level I don't even believe in time. I do believe everything you likely believe is likely wrong though.
