Why does my Sony Vaio RSCV 420 reject programs like Nero and Movie Edit Pro 11?

I cant use Nero cause it messes the registry up and I have to delete files and program or my computer has mass problems, as in, won't reset or shut down, randomly resets, and other things. I talked to a Sony tech and they told me they don't know why but my model and the one before have that problem. Now, I loaded a Magix Movie Edit Pro 11, and my computer killed it. I mean, I load it, and theres errors. Also, my computer did some weird things, so, I deleted it. Why is this? How do I correct it?

No, I bought a copy at the store, it messed my computer up, I had to talk to Sony and figure out what registry section to change. Then, I got a copy with my DVD drive, same thing. I bought the Video Editing software from the store, and the same thing. Those are the only programs that I cant run, so far, and I dont know why.

If you got Nero and the other programs off LImewire of a website that was not the manufacturers, most likely your comptuer had a virus unless you scanned them with and updated antivirus program-sometimes that doesnt even help.

I use to have a version of Nero off a fiel sharing program that caused me alot of headaches. I wiped my hard-drive, reinstalled WinXP, and bought my software and it worked great.
