Have you had the cat checked for any illness or injury which would cause the cat to act this way?

If they have lived together the last few years and have always been OK together, I would bring them to the vet. The one that keeps getting kicked out could very well have something wrong with it, which is why the other one is kicking it out. But, both should be seen by a vet. Be sure their FDRC is UTD and have a physical exam done on both. Anytime a pet starts acting out of the ordinary, it's time to see the vet.

thanks for rescuing Tally, this is totally thoughtful. Now, the spraying venture.. 2 of our kitties had spraying issues, and when we were given them fixed(variety of forcefully, laziness convey about pyometra) they completely stopped peeing/spraying. If she isn't fixed, get her fixed at a community low-priced-ish spay and neuter health facility, except you are able to discover the money for the more effective extreme priced, because those frequently have more effective powerful anesthesia and all that. both way, get her fixed if she isn't, because regularly this is fixed after that. If this isn't any longer operating, or if she is fixed, perchance you may want to get rid of the kitten(yet another room, perchance?) quickly and be conscious if that fixes it. Then, gradually introduce them and set up a sturdy bond. submit a tall toddler gate in a door way, positioned the former cat in a unmarried edge and the hot kitty on the different. positioned the nutrition bowls top next to the gate, so that they might want to eat mutually. nutrition and effective reinforcement. gradually, allow Tally out and manage/puppy Bella even as Tally is exploring, then positioned Tally again interior the various room. This with any success might want to be sensible. search for suggestion from such as your vet besides if it doesn't.

he wants to be alfa male. the head honcho. the big cheese. the only way to stop it is to neuter him. sad but true. cats and dogs both have this issue. don't show either of them more attention than the other. that will make the problem worse. trust me i have 3 cats. feed them at the same time same place. if it continues, you may have to get rid of the older one.

well, sounds like your cats have reached maturity and have dominance issues. Are they neutered? One thinks that the territory is his and doesn't want the other one there. By laying in the last place the younger one was is a way of "reclaiming" his "property"---he is jealous

since they are both males, they are fighting to be more dominent, i had 2 males, one kitten and the older one, and when the older one would use the litter box the kitten didnt dare even go near it... the only way to stop this would be to get BOTH fixed... they wouldnt need to show dominence then.

Put boxes in there for them to have privacy. How old are they? The aggressive one could be ill. Problem with kidney's or bladder.
