if you're in the philippines, go to la salle. you'll see koreans on your left, right - wherever!! then befriend them and the rest will follow,,, you'll just suffer from nosebleed since most of them hardly speak or understand tagalog.

Wherever you are, be friendly with them and try to get to know them. Ask questions about them. Be respectful and polite.
You can find Koreans in most of the world's major cities. The easiest place to find them, probably, outside of Korea, is LA, New York, Osaka, Toronto, Vancouver, Shenyang (China), Sydney, London...
