My arms hurt after I sleep.......sleep through the night, or when I nap. They hurt when I wake up. I'm not a very big person. 133 pounds, at five seven. Is it because I'm laying on them too long and don't have enough muscle in my arms? I guess this seems like a dumb question, but I've never had so much pain like this in my arms. They last for hours too.

well if your laying on them, it might be cutting off the circulation and when it rushes back it hurts, try not sleeping on them

is it a shooting pain or just a dull soreness. If its a shooting pain go get checked out at the doctor quick. If its a dull soreness try sleeping on a pillow with your arms under it, and hey you really should drink some milk everyday.

i sleep on my arms too but they never have been sore for more than like 10 minutes after i wake up. I suggest you visit your doctor because this could be a sign of something serious...

I am going to guess a pinched nerve and the way you are lying down is putting pressure on it. The area would be spinal cord or across you sholder area I would have it checked out see a Chiropractor or Back specialist
