It sounds like you are depressed and yes, something is bothering you. You need to seek help immediately from a family doctor. You are not alone! There are thousands and thousands of people who are feeling like you. The solution is to start doing something to help yourself. Do you have a close family member or friend that you can confide in and help support you as you take steps to get yourself better? It's good to try to find someone to talk to that you can trust. Please go see your family doctor and let him or her know all of the things that are making you cry.
Your doctor is the best person to diagnose and recommend what you should do to become healthy and happy again.

Good luck! You can do it!

Oh Sweetie, there isnt anything wrong with you nor is there anything wrong with crying.

We all have different coping mechanisms, and sometimes those mechanisms and strategy arent always enough to get us through various struggles and/or obstacles.

You mentioned it began 3 months ago. What happened 3 months ago that triggered this? Did you experience a breakup in a relationship, did someone you love pass away....were you involved in any accidents? Something happened 3 months ago, and now you have to just 'remember' the event.

Until the event is known, you cant solve this situation. Either way, your mind is feeling stressed out due to this event, and it needs help.

Besides crying, are you having problems with your sleep or appetite? Are you able to carry on normal activities, or have you lost interest? Any muscle aches or general weakness?

It could be a case of depression that is causing thsi, but then again it could be a case of clinical depression. The difference in the two depends on the triggering event. Never feel like you are too embarassed to ask for help. There are some great antidepressants out there. You dont have to suffer in silence!

You didn't mention you're age hon.....it sounds like hormonal fluctuations...which typically flair during pregnancy, menopause, etc. There are things that can cause you're hormones to get out of whack. It could also be depression..people often think they don't have depression because they don't feel horribly sad all the time...that is not true...you could have depression that is stress related and not show all the time. I would make an appt. with a doctor and have some blood work done to rule out hormones..explain symptoms to you're doctor. Good Luck

You may be suffering from depression. Or maybe it's a phase and will pass. Are you sad or just emotional. Check with a doctor if you feel sad. Also your hormones can change and cause emotions to go out of control.

ok what you must do is change something in your life that really upsets you, find a solution, i know its easier said then done but you must.
buy yourself a diary, everyday write in it, at anytime if you like.
note down whats bothering you and why you cry so much. also make sure you add the date , and time.
it comes in handy, expecally when you cant share your feelings with others.
it dont matter if its something that seems not that bad, like washing dishes and you suddenly just breakout in tiers.
yes you probibly have depression and supressed feelings, but you must write them down, after your diary is full, read it all to yourself, you then will find a pattern and a solution.
i know that sounds a little farfetched, but please trust me it really helps.
i hope you take care of yourself ok hun

good luck

are you stressed out at all? that can make little things that go wrong seem like disasters. are the things you cry about little things, or important things? if you still cry this much maybe go to the doctor..you might have depression.

Nothing is wrong with crying. Crying is good for you. Stay busy--exercise. Put your focus on something that are interested in.
