Delta has thousands of different policies and it is up to the employer to choose whether or not Orthodontics is covered on the policy. I am sure Delta offers it. It would be a question of whether or not your particular policy covers it. I work for BCBS of Illinois and standardly we cover ortho/invisalign for children to age 19 with a certain lifetime maximum per person. But there a lot of policies we have where adults are covered also by choice of the employer, and we also have some plans that do not cover ortho at all. It differs. For example, Mcdonalds plan carries a lifetime max of $1000 for children only to age 19. However, Kraft has some plans that have a $2500 lifetime maximum for any age. Invisalign is covered as long as ortho is covered.

Smartone's answer is correct. Either a plan covers orthodontic, or it doesn't. It won't matter if it's Invisalign or traditional metal braces, it won't matter if it's "cosmetic".
It is the employer who picks what coverage they offer employees.

It is considered a cosmetic proceedure and not necessary. I am not aware of any insurance willing to cover that at all.
