for a remedy that really works Grind nutmeg with unboiled milk and apply on affected area. This works as a magic. Pimples should disappear without leaving a mark.
and to prevent future breakouts Apply a paste of fresh fenugreek leaves over the face every night for 10-15 minutes and wash with warm water. This will prevent pimples, blackheads, and wrinkles.

First, always remember that the main "ingredients" that help eliminate and regulate acne it self are Salicylic Acid and Benzoyl Peroxide (in any cleansers, creams, oils e.t.c.) Those at least rids some pimples while the others (pimples) appear less noticeable than before. From my experience before, the best results are to use any cleansers after taking a bath/shower, so that your skin follicles are thoroughly clean and no bacteria, dirt, or perspiration will tamper with the elimination process of acne. IF that does not work in one day, watch what you eat and your behavior throughout the rest of the day. Oils, from junk food and your change in action can affect pimples.
Believe it or not, acne is not controlled only by age, food, sweat, physical activities or anything else of that kind. There are skin hormones (sort to say, the exact name you may want to look up) which produce the puss of pimples and the bacteria that accumulates. But to rid those "skin hormones" the chemical for that is also capable of killing your liver. OK, I think that is plenty and cleansers DO HELP!!! Basically, try anything as long as no rashes or anything like that appear, oh and Vitamin E, (helps the skin) helps. Well, good luck in getting rid of those annoying-*** pimples and on whatever else you are attending in order to leave a lasting first impression.

Well, sounds like you have lots of advice for clearing pimples and prevention. I'll mention something that I don't think I have seen on here yet. If you feel a pimple getting ready to come in (sometimes you can feel hard spots that are developing into pimples, and then they are there the next day), put some ice on it. Someone mentioned steaming your face. That's a great tip. Add eucalyptys or peppermint oil to the steam.

I usually use a tightening facial mask on my entire face, and then rub with witch hazel. Afterwards, put a large amount of benzoyl peroxide (Panoxyl) on the problem area to dry out the pimple. If you keep a good skincare regime on a daily basis, you will not have to worry about problem areas.

aspirin mask. Dissolve an aspirin in just enough water to make a paste. Apply it to pimples and let it dry fo 5-10 minutes, then wash it off. Some do it overnight. Note: do not do this if you are sensitive or allergic to aspirin.

I dont think you can totally completely get rid of pimples in just 2 days, but you can get rid of a good deal of them by then.
Drink tons of water and wash your face each morning and night. Take a shower every day. Make sure you got clean sheets. I also soak my face with warm water, pop my zits (not with my nails) and then splash cold water all over the zits. Cold water helps close pores, and warm water does the opposite. But thats just me. It might not work for everybody.
