You should try layering your hair. Then work with your natural curl. Try to scrunch it. Scrunching your hair caused no need for you to blow dry or anything like that. You just get out of the shower, put some gell in your hair and then scrunch it using your fingers. When you are done, spray it with tons of hairspray and you are good to go. This will allow your hair to work with your curl instead of trying to work against it. Also maybe try putting in a half a pony tail or something like that, it might bring down the look of thickness. Hope this helps and if not hope you find what you are looking for. Good Luck!

I hav really really curly hair that i can't tame either! I use the product Bed Head and that works for me. What i also do is i brush my hair in the shower then i keep brushing and brushing with out drying it. I have had expieience with the fro thing to! Brush you hair when you have conditioner in it! That works the best for me! Also if you hate your curly hair you can get it permanentl straightend! i have a friend who did that and her hair is beautiful! Go to a hair Salon and ask for a Straight Perm! it should work! What ever you do... do NOT put a lot of hairspray in you hair! That is the worst thing you could do. the product Bed Head takes down the thickness and helps with thick curly hair! TRUST ME I USE IT!!!!!!!

Do you want It straight or curly?
If you want to go natural yet want body I recommend HIGHLY Glare by Vivitone, it is a smoothing serum that is heat activated, you can blow dry a bit and then add, and round brush dry or finish drying and flat iron. It helps lock in moisture and protect. Awesome stuff, but a bit pricey about $18.00 for a 4.2oz bottle. It does last though, you only use about a dime size or at most the size of a quarter. You should be able to get at most salons

First off, you can thin it out and you can do it yourself, you don't have to go to a salon. It takes special scissors which you can get at any beauty supply place of drug store actually
Get a new cut. In the old days they called it a shag. You'll have soft curls all over and it looks gorgeous. I used to get a perm so I could look like that

try a deep conditioning at home-
put mayo in (clean, dry) hair, then wrap some plastic wrap around it, and have a hot towl out of the dryer and wrap that around it too (or anything hot i.e- blow dryer) leave it on a few. and for frizzies use- DOVE anti-frizz serum, and shampoo+condition with either SUNSILK hydra-TLC or dove repair shampoos

okay have u ever heard of the brand THERMASILK? the purple colored bottles? i think u can get them almost anywhere. but anyways after ur done with a shower use JOHN FRIEDA HAIR SERUM from any drug store and tame ur hair with frizziness with that. then blow dry straight. then use THERMASILK hair spray and use a brush to tease your hair down. it should work.

i have some L'oreal Paris Studioline product and it it called "HOt Straight". u wash your hair then put the stuff in and then blow dry it and then straighten.and then your hair is not frizzy and it should be straighter.
