When someone is backing out in a busy parking lot, and they look and it is clear, and then someone comes zooming around the corner and honks the horn, what should the driver backing do? Also, what's the best way to deal with the situation that aries when you drive a little car as I do and you parked between two trucks or SUVS and can not see if anyone is coming. I have not been involved in an accident but there have been near misses. Seasoned commuters please respond.

Never park headed in - that's just asking for trouble. Always pull though or back into your parking space.
