I started reading the book and started using the journal to write down my thoughts about a month ago. I recently looked back in my journal and kind of reviewed what I had written. I HAVE seen god answer prayers from that journal. Some of the things I thought about were just more peace of mind in certain topics and I now have it. I also prayed for my husband to have courage to apply for a different job and he did and will be starting next week. so YES it works. Just remember, God answers prayers they are just not always in our timing. Also he knows what is best for us, so if you pray for things that aren't to be, he will not answer that one. KEEP PRAYING.

No, I have never prayed the Jabez prayer. However, I have prayed consistently and LISTENED to God, and have felt His hand in my life for years.
