That isn't going to happen. It should have been done right after she went to North Vietnam and posed for those pictures. That was good propaganda for them and material evidence for treason . They should have shot her .

I agree she should be prosecuted for not keeping her mouth shut. She is at it again and they want do it this time. I have a husband in the military and I turn the TV when the start showing her junk. If the world would stop listening to her garbage she might stop all of it.

As much as I can't stand "Hanoi Jane" Fonda, she isn't doing anything this time around that warrants prosecution. She has the right to voice her opinion, and as long as she does it here in this country during a peaceful demonstration, she's perfectly within her rights.
She should have been prosecuted when she got back from Hanoi, but somebody dropped the ball.

never she never committed an act of treason it is the right of every legal citizen of the united states to speak out when they feel the government is not working in the best interests of its citizens. It is evident that is one of our rights under the consitutition and is so stated. To commit treason you have to steal secrets and give to the enemy or to aid the enemy physically but to voice your opinion far as I know is still a freedom shared by all legal citizens

Why bother? Boston's going to financially rape Turner Network over the Aqua Teen Hunger Force stunt. That'll be fewer trips to Paris to shop for that Champagne Socialst traitor.

She didn't commit treason. What she did was stupid but it wasn't treason.
However, they should prosecute Bush and Cheney for treason, for lying to the American people and congress about WMD's, Iraq having connections to Al Queda and 9/11 and for cooking the intelligence books. This is high treason according to the Constitution and deserves investigation and impeachment and a long prison sentence.

Why is anyone who uses their Constitutional Right to speak out against war a "traitor"? Agent Orange was a defoliant used in Vietnam, and its toxins cost the lives of U.S. soldiers and Vietnamese civilians. Who was prosecuted? The U.S. military? The U.S. government?? Monsanto or Dow Chemical Corp.???
p.s. Thanks for your thumbs down. No where is YOUR proof?!?
