He's not saying it as a combination drink, he's just saying he's pumped up and energized and mentions all the things that are popular for doing that and says he mixed them all together. It's not an actual drink or something people have mixed together before. If he had more time on the verse he probably would have thrown in starbucks as well. It could have adverse effects, but that's not why he's mentioning it. He's just mentioning them for their reputation of energizing people.

It's like 15.5% alc by volume I've heard I don't and have never drank it.
