"In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, O Lord, will keep me safe."-Psalm 4:8.

Maybe not my favorite but Psalm 51 is a great comfort when I have messed up.
Psalm 8 also is awesome.

I like Psalms 46: 1-3, 11
God is for us a refuge and strength,
A help that is readily to be found during distresses.
