Write them everyday, not email, write them a signed sealed and delivered letter. Talk to them like they were with you, telling about your day, your fears, your worries, your happiness, your successess. Keep them involved. THen follow up with a phone call about once a week. You will have something to talk about then. If you don't have enough time to do that, then they probably are not that important to you.
