Show him that you are trustworthy. He obviously wants proof. If he keeps refusing, hey you tried. Break up. There are other guys. But if he really loves you, try to explain--help him understand that what you did that made him that way was wrong. Tell him that there's no room in the future for the past. Tell him your feelings. You obviously love him, so express your feelings.

You must have done or are doing something that makes him not trust you. If not, then there is no reason for him to be your boyfriend because love requires trust.

Seriously though, trust is important in any relationship. If he has trust issues now, odds are they will get worse not better.
