It is Latin for "dream world".

I looked it up in a Latin dictionary to be sure of my answer, but you can usually figure out latin with knowledge of other languages.

I know somnium has somthing to do with sleep because it sounds like the english word "insomnia" which is a condition where you have trouble sleeping. I know mundi means worlds because the spanish word for world is "mundo".

It seems spelled wrong since both terms are written as they were sing. nominative nouns and that's impossible in a Latin sentence without a verb.
Somnium means "dream" and mundus means "world" but the 2 words so combined have no meaning.
The world of dreams of previous answer would be Mundus Somniorum or Somniorum Mundus since "of dreams", being the plural genitive of a second declension masculine noun, must be translated as 'somniorum'.
