There's this guy and he's a bit older than me like 14yrs but, he's not like super old like in his early thirties, and do guys around that age act diffrently to women their attracted to, that younger guys would? I'm an freshman in college.

Yes. He'll act more cautiously because he's worried you may be offended or not interested and he is aware of the age-gap and wonders if it bothers you; where a younger guy will not be concerned, because there's not an age gap and there's nothing to feel self-conscious about.
Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with an older guy liking you; you're probably a babe and he's understandably attracted. Why don't you give him a break -if you like him, let him know (don't hint) - take action that won't be misunderstood- touch him or just unexpectedly kiss him and smile (he'll take it from there). IF you don't like him, then you should talk about a boyfriend or say something like "you sorta remind me of my uncle, my dad's brother's about your age... he's a funny guy." That will let him know he's too old for you and not hurt his feelings.
But if you're attracted to him, go for it. He will treat you MUCH better than a younger guy; life will be good; you'll be happy... I know, I'm in my early 30s and would LOVE to date a college freshman again (those were the best years of my life; you're at such a great age, not jaded yet... and lots of fun!)

Hey girl, when I was 37 I met a girl 19. We never married but our love life lasted 16 yrs. It's always the gal who wants more later. Sure wish I had that sweetheart back. Best of women I ever had. Now I'm too old.
