why does it take different time to get ready? like some girls take 5-15 minutes getting ready and some girls take like 30minutes to 1 hour or 2. I dont get it we do the same thing but why do others take longer?

It is a question of what people consider important in regard to personal habits. Some people are organised, plan well, and so are able to finish their tasks in a short time. It also depends on how one has been brought up in regard to using the valuable resource: time.
Some other factors, such as the occasion, availability/choice of clothes, the company that one would have, facilities at home (space available, no. of people using common facilities), how much of importance one gives to personal grooming, etc., also have a bearing on the time taken to get ready.
It seems to me that if one plans out one's activities well in advance, then one can get ready for any occasion in a short time and at the same time dress to impress others favorably. This is something one can learn with a little effort.

Some girls spend a lot more time on things like getting dressed. For some girls it could take them 20 to 30 minutes just to pick out an outfit... and others have so many clothes that it's easier. Also it depends if someone showers in the morning or nighttime. Also some girls straighten their hair everday(or curl). But I think getting ready especially for school shouldn't take near an hour and definately not 2 hours (if both of those times dont include breakfast)...

diffrent perfections for diffrent women and some women are just more quick with getting their bodies the way they want while others take their time like for me it can take me less than 10 minutes to take a shower put my clothes on perfume and makeup
