If you do not know the guy: You can call the local police station and ask them about this. They are pursuing internet abuse.
If it is someone you know you tell him that you will do the above if he doesn't stop im'ing you. If that doesn't do the trick, do the above.
And....change your screen name.

make your profile full of wierd stuff like a scientology (no offense sceintologistists) website. Or like a bunch of stuff regarting a cult and tell him to join.or just straight up block him. or find out some wierd stuff about him like what room of the house he lives in or what his moms bithday is and throw that in his face it works all the time! : )

tell them to bypass away and in the event that they dont fake ur calling the police officers if those adult men dont appreciate ur instances of the day then theyre extra appropriate of someplace no longer on the factor of u and be risk-free lock the doorways u in no way understand what they might wanna do to u or ur abode

Tell him VERY firmly that you are not interested and list the reasons why. Be very specific! And if he does not leave you alone tell him you will get the police involved. That should work.

add him to your yahoo friend list, tell him your heading out, then right click his name and go to stealth settings, and click on permanently offline, he'll never see you online again
