When you press alt + 3 or 4 numbers, it make a character right?
How come this doesn't work for my computer?
How can I make it work?

just type charmap in start /run . not sure why it does'nt work. Unplug your keyboard, then smack it up against the wall. Maybe yell at it a little.

try Ctrl + right Shift

or if you are using Microsoft Office you may go to Tools menu then Option the window will appear for different setting you may find such setting for the keyboard from Edit tab.

your computer or keyboard may not support the setting. or it might be the program u are trying to use it for doesnt work that way.
