I don't think so. your best bet is to call your stylist and ask.

same here, wavy hair, i have a perm and i can straighten it but its very time consuming and i have to use alot of silking/smoothing oil to get the frizz out. i straighten it with a giant round brush and the blowdryer. guys look at me more when i wear it curly though. just an obsevation i have made, he he he.

btw i use garnier fructis silk and shine oil to straighten, and garnier fructis mousse for curls. try the mousse on your natural hair before you get a perm. put on a bunch while your hair is wet, then scrunch and blow dry on a low setting. i bet you can maximize your curls that way without getting a perm.

Yes you can, but it will probably decrease the lifespan of your perm.

If you want to, make sure you only do it once in a while, to preserve your perm the longest.

Also make sure you use perming shampoo's and conditioners to protect your hair from damage, since it will be more vulnerable after being permed.

I actually have qotten a perm, and certain you could yet wait about perchance 2 weeks to 4 week's to straiqhten it so the perm instruments in. i love it, the finest of both worlds straiqht and curly.

I wouldn't advise it. Perming your hair damages and drys it out. If you straighten it afterwards your just doing even more damage that is irreversable. (I don't care what the hair product companies say)

you'r gonna fry your hair if you're not careful. You have to wait until the perm wears off before any further processing.

you could but their would be no point. dont gte a perm. if you have naturally curlly hair, you could do things with your hair latter that you could never do if yo put perm in your hair. like leaving it out in the summer or making that mountain thing with your hair and leaving the rest with sexy curls. trust me, i have curly hair and im rockin it like whoa..

yeah, but you should let only your hairdresser straighten it because they can use the right things that your hair would need so that it won't break or fall out.Your hair would need special stuff because of the perm.
