I'm a real demon, if I don't take care of my sexual urges. I'm not in a relationship right now, so I usually handle it myself. But my instincts used to leak into my emotions and ego when I felt I had to have a girlfriend in the past. Making me angry and insecure at any woman who rejected me or equally pissed at the women I did get involved with, when they didn't provide me enough sex. After some serious soul-searching, teaching myself to calm my spirit, and of course handling my instincts on my own, I've learned that good things come to those that wait. Instead of allowing my instincts to control me, it's best to wait until the Fates deem the right person to come into my life, rather than run out and make more mistakes with the wrong women.

Not having sex isn't going to cause you any health problems. Like you said, you can take care of those 'urges' by yourself. You will eventually find another love, don't rush into a relationship just because you're feeling sexually deprived. I've been divorced for 5 years, not interested in having another man in my life and I'm doing just fine thank you!!!

Hells yes it does. Especially when you are used to getting it. And I'm talking both men and women. Find a casual sex partner get your rocks off and life will start to shine again.
ps
use protection.
And don't masturbate. You'll become a lazy lover and it will lead to premature ejaculation.
