I recently, like within the last few hours, asked a question about how spiritual atheists perceive things---that is, what exactly being a spiritual atheist means. I got some really good and insightful answers, and I wish to thank all those who took the time to respond.
This brings me to my second question: Do all spiritual atheists believe that life ends with this life? Or are there some that believe that we move on in one way or another after we die? Do any believe that people (or even animals) have souls?

I am a lifelong atheist, but I don't claim to know what a "spirtual atheist" is, but I do recognize that the label atheist is too broad for many of us.
But, in short, if other animals do not have souls, neither do human animals. I don't claim to have anything on my primate brothers other than more complex language, tools and the time and freedom to ponder my own existence. Anything else is just arrogance.

No,I don't think life ends with this life.i think we move on to some form of life or another,or maybe we get to go to heave after you reach "absolute spiritualness" or something.Yes I belive animals have souls.I believe in more of a conscience than a soul.Maybe we are just in a state of mind.I do believe in god I just don't follow a religion.I believe in God because you can't create something outta nothing,like the "big bang theory" suggests,There has to be some maening to life,and I believe that is complete non-violence,non-violence leads to the highest ethics and that is the goal of all evoulution,as long as we kill eachother and animals we are still savages.

Everything that God put the breath of life into has a soul, including the cows, pigs, fowl and fish we eat.
