Use Pantene Pro V for dry and damaged hair. Follow that by the same conditioner. Dont blow dry ya hair. Just moisturize and Towel dry. Takes about a week to get ya hair healthy and strong so dont apply too much heat.

I have recently passed a hair course and well, I had some clients that had the same problem we simple washed the hair as usual shampoo and conditioner, please make sure you have ther right ones such as dry-normal hair etc and before you dry your hair apply 3 blobs of loreal professional sérum apply to ends of the roots and brush till the hair is smooth then blow dry your hair downwards to smooth the hair cuticles that should help the split ends, for the coulor changing you might want to consider hair dye or look for some colour retrevent hair products but other than that that's all hope I have come to some help good luck x

Mix Olive oil, one egg and mayo all together and put it on your hair then wear a shower cap and wrap a towel around your head do this preferably when you know you will be at home all day. Do this at least once a week its great for your hair.

I had MAJOR damage after dying mine... I use Gareir shampoo and random conditioner and it is a ton better. Plus don't use a comb when it's wet even thought it can be a pain. Good luck

You should try finasterid or dutasterid as a preventive medicine . Those tries to remove effects of DHT hormone which leads to breakdown hair tissue so your hair will start to be stronger.

If you can switch to natural dyes like henna for awhile. Also use a good conditioner. The best thing would be to stop using hair dye for awhile.

Use dove shampoo's for extra dry hair. the dark blue bottle. that stuff's great! also you can get your hair deep-conditioned. Its helps tons! Hope ur hair gets healthy again!
