As an Army Brat, Yes. from '85 to '87.
My Mother was an MP and we lived in Gibbs Housing. Right on the corner of Ronneburgstrasse and Giesenerstrasse.
I went to Frankfurt American High School on the Abrams Complex.
Later I joined the Navy

Stationed there no....TDY yes, a couple of times. Beautiful area. Took the Hoff bahn hoff (exceuse me if the spelling is off here)out of Frankfurt all the way out to Obersuel. Found a Woolworth downtown! Great Air Base, great airport, great place!

No, but I come pretty close. I was in the Army and stationed in Giessen, about 60 km north of there. Went on supply runs to Rhein-Main AFB all the time!!!!

I was stationed in Hammond Barracks (across autobahn from Mannheim) at Seckenheim. I spent a lot of time in Frankfort on occasions.
