you will probably have problems in the next few years. my mother makes me eat healthy because there are so many fat people in america these days is outstanding- to many to count!

i would cut down on some of those things like oreos, candy bars, cheesburgers, watch your PORTIONS! that can determine ALOT!

eat healthy foods in small portions in small steps in the day. it works great! i am still in school and we have little snacks during the day and i am fine for the whole day. i eat a little breakfast, snack at 9:50, another small snack at 11:25, and then eat lunch at 1:00, no more snacks until i get home, another little snack, then dinner then i am good to go! it repeats everyday. i would say eat more healthy, cut the calories, etc. good luck!

have you heard of weight watchers? LA weightloss? they are good people to talk to, etc.
remember- watch the PORTIONS and eat little snacks through out the day.

i hardly ever eat mcd's or fast food and if we go out we usually eat at subway or a pasta place.

hope this helps.

the first thing you could easily change is the calories from the mountain dew and sugary drinks. those are really bad for you. If anything switch to diet or something. Unless of course you don't mind your diet or your body. Then do whatever, it just seems you know your diet is bad so make a few small changes like the sodas and the desserts!

The way you eat is extremely unhealthy...almost all the foods you eat are empty calories, meaning the foods don't contain much of any nutritional value (vitamins, minerals, protein, good carbs., good fats). If you actually ate this way you'd be extremely dehydrated and malnutritioned! And you can't be 5'10" @ 239 lbs with a 51 in waist! It's impossible....so you're a liar!

I uess if you have to have a diet like this, it's better to be 17 when you still have that fast metablolism going. Be careful though, that won't always be the case and you'll end up with a 72 in waist,

Metabolism changes.

It's nice and good to do it at your age, but if you keep up that sort of diet when you get older you will eventually get fat.

Try not to get used to it.
And don't worry, I'm 19, I'm thin, and I eat unhealthy too =)
