I think you are a bit unhealthy. You should put alot more vegetables in your diet and cut out some of the sodas, candies, and other sugary foods. It can ultimatly lead to heart disease and other severe health disorders.

You should talk to your doctor and ask about the recommended body weight for a person your height and age. Then you can know how much or how little you need to change your diet.

Many of the things you listed have alot of sugar, calories and trans fat in them. Those are all bad for your body in high concentraitions and they can lead to blocked arteries which could cause a heart attack and kill you. If you know it is unhealthy you should try and change it. And you should definatly work out. Even if you are already healthy every one should do it, just for the simple facts that it cane keep you healthier now and make your future healthier.

Okay, you better skip those days. Do you know you are at high risk of heart disease and diabetes by making this a regular habit. And, it is a regular habit if you do it once or twice a week. That boils down to 4 - 8 times a month and 48 -96 times a year.

Cut out the junk!

if you continue at this rate, you will be a walking heart attack risk by 30. Eat a little healthier, work out a little(short walks, bike rides etc.) and you will notice a little difference and maybe not have your a mini heart attack before you go over the hill.
