Most of them time it is because guys don't like when we move on from them. If we cry over them and dwell over it it gives them power over us and they love that....he sees you moved on and it kills him...unless you feel the same way and want to be with him again then thats fine...if your happy with your new guy tell your ex and make it clear to him that its over

It's never to late, but if you guys broke up then there was/is a reason. If you are in a serious relationship then ask yourself what your feelings are for both your ex and your current boyfriend. If your ex is just trying to be friends then that is one thing that you need to consider, but make sure if you guys do become friends again that you current boyfriend doesn't have any reason to think that you might be unfaithful, and let your ex and you current know that you two will just be friends end of story. If you are considering the possibility of you two becoming close again then ake some time and don't be rash, just take some time and analyze And if you want to get back with your ex, then what are you waiting for go get him.

maybe he misses you maybe he wants to mess your relationship up. The only person to know if its too late is yourself

yes. if he didn't want you when you were available, he doesn't really want you now, he is just jealous because you moved on and he is lonely.
