i asked this guy i like out on thursday. last night, we went to a movie. we had a good time: we held hands, talked and eventually kissed at the end of the night. the ball is in his court, right? but i want to let him know that i really like him and i'm willing to be something more than friends. should i wait for him or do something cool for him on v-day?

Do something for him on V-day. No offense, but it makes no sense to me when people wait for a girl/guy to do something/ How you know that he`s not doing the same thing and waiting for you?

Dont try to move too quick. Let it roll naturally. Go on another date if he asks. See if you can tell what he is feeling is mutual or not.
Something cute on V day wouldnt be out of the question. Just keep it within the bounds of where your relationship stands right now, which is completely new.
Dont be forward. Just let it be what it will be.
