I want to find a nice guy and I'm looking for a nice guy, but I can't stop thinking about the wrong guy. The guy that smoke and drank too much and hit on other girls and ignored me and had a really bad temper. Why do bad boys have such and appeal and good guys seem boring in comparison?

i try to be the nicest guy & i cant get a g/f & i want to know the same answer its a psychological thing but WHERE is the source is it the entertainment industry brainwashing people? or is it genetic imprinting from all the hundreds of years women have been treated as a lesser group? well if u stay w/ this guy i hope he dosent hit u or give u a disease

Be sure of what you want in a relationship and do not settle for anything less. You have to know what you want. Do not spend as much time thinking on this question as to finding out what is more important. A bad relationship with the bad boys or a good relationship with the seemingly boring guys.

It's not that you cant find a nice guy, it's probably that your just attracted to the bad boys who treat you like crap....sometimes people cant help who they are in too. The thing is your probably not giving the nice guy an equal opportunity. I do understand you, trust me! You do deserve better no matter what and sometimes we just have to upgrade our taste. The answer lies almost in your question. Nice guys seem boring, because there doesn't seem to be any drama to their lives. If you don't get to know them, you may think they don't really care about anything, they may not seem to have any passion. With bad boys, it's easy to see they care about something, even if it's just themselves.

Because we want guy with adventure and want to be protected by the bad guys. We think they will keep us safe but I feel for some real jerks before and realized that they aren't do anything for me they just make me feel bad about myself.

You have somehow lost your self esteem and you believe he is the best you can get... he has you so confused. you need to understand that you are a good person and you need to seek help from friends and family or maybe a counselor but you need to talk to someone to help you see you are deserve better the he will ever give you. don't be fooled he wont change ever..

lol...if we knew that answer we would all be better off! People want something to fix.....the "untameable" or even the "bad boys" because that is usually what they cant have, fix or REALLY completely "have" them! lol! Sucks hu!?
YOU WILL find that "good" guy and he will sweep you off you feet if you will just let him!
