Someone else aready mentioned a good one. BLT dip. VERY good. Another thing I like to bring is either regular peanuts in the shell. You can get a huge bag of Planters peanuts for under $5. Always a hit. I also like to bring a dessert like rice krispy treats. Seems like no one remembers something sweet. Guys like em too.

I do like the person that said the 7 layer dip, I just do mine a little different.
In a 9 X 13 pan I layer the beans, and top with sour cream that has been mixed with taco seasoning (a packet of the stuff you would use to make tacos) and top that with shredded mexican blend cheese and then with green onions sliced and sliced black olives, serve with chips and the Taco Bell SAUCE, not the salsa, it comes in a long bottle for like a buck and is the EXACT as the TACO BELL sauce you get there.
Make spinach dip, great recipe on the back of the Knorrs Vegetable Dry Soup Mix. Make a double batch and buy a round loaf of bread and make a "bowl" and serve it on a platter with the left over bread, cubed. And with celery and crackers, Make it pretty.
You can take slices of ham and swiss cheese and cut then into strips and wrap around tater tots and secure, with the cheese inside the ham, and bake the tots according to package and serve with toothpicks and different mustards, these are awesome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Go to the store, or a local speacialty shop and buy the Spinach Pies that come in "triangles" usually about 16 servings in a box, and take that, goes great with beer, and if you make ahead, you could take them on a platter spread out all fancy like on a bed of BIG lettuce leaves, and have some greek olives and feta cheese on the platter as well, make a big greek entrance!!!!!!!!!
Take a baked ziti...
1 pound ground round or Italian Sausage, cooked, crimbled well and drained.
1 box Ziti
Jar of spaghetti sauce
Oragano, italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder as much as you like
ALOT of mozz cheese and mixed italian cheese
Mix it all and bake it at 350 for 45 minutes and take that. It goes great with wings or whatever they are having.
You will do fine, have fun, GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheddar Mini-Quiche
Makes 4 to 5 Dozen
Sized for a crowd you can freeze some for your next bash. Five minutes to prepare and 25 or 30 to bake. You'll knock their socks off with this easy appetizer.
3 eggs
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
3 Tbsp. sour cream or sour 1/2 and 1/2
4 oz.sharp Cheddar, (pre-shredded in a bag)
1/2 Cup Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste
4 Tbsps. melted butter
In large bowl combine all ingredients and blend just until mixed. Spray miniature muffin tins liberally with vegetable spray or use non-stick tins. Fill each cup almost full.
Bake in preheated 375° oven 25 to 30 minutes.
OK, it's not the easiest easy appetizer but the result is worth the little extra effort.

1 Jar of Southwest black bean and white corn Salsa From walmart Sams Choice brand
+
1 Regular package of cream cheese
Just put the cream cheese in a bowl and soften it 40 seconds or so. Then put the Salsa in and mix it up. Id use the Blue corn tortilla chips to serve.
I hate cream cheese..But this stuff is GOOOOD. No one dislikes it...and I mean no One. It will be the best salsa at the party.
The Salsa is great its more sweet than normal salsa very different and not very common. You can only get it at walmart as far as I'm aware.
I like my food and I know whats good. It doesn't get easier either.
Anyone taking dip will be jealous :)

PEA SALAD....It sounds gross but it's not...and it is always gone while every ones "special" potato salad sits and sits!!! Use one large bag of frozen peas (let thaw in fridge night before) one med. white or yellow onion , two apples cored and pealed four stalks of celery and about a cup of mayo. Dice the onion , apples , and celery into "pea" sized bits and mix all together in a large bowl. If it seems "dry" add more mayo....if "runny" add more peas and apples.Salt and pepper to taste but don't over do it . Best if made night before so flavors marry.*hint* Don't tell anyone what is in it at first-unless they are allergic to onions !!!
