Wait a minute - you know this girl well enough for you to be HAVING sex with her - but you don't know her well enough to actually TALK about sex with her! That's funny!
Talk to her about what she likes and tell her what you like, or next time you could say - "I love it when you do that gently" . . . . hmm . . . . . yes, like that, but softer . . . . .make it up as you go along - I'm sure you can think of something!
Be patient, remember that she doesn't have a penis of her own so you have to teach her, gently, what feels good.

Oh my, the answers here have me rolling on the floor. LOL!!! Are you also sure as to what should be happening here? How old are you? Sex and the pleasure from sex should be a mutual thing. If the right doesn't know what the left is doing, you'll have her head in your hands tied behind your back instead of between your legs!!!

You could start off by spelling "foreplay" correctly. Then you might want to just tell her that what she's doing hurts and if she likes you, she'll ask you for suggestions.

Accentuate the postive. Talk her through it and be nice. If she can't take constructive criticism you'll have to buy some pain killers.

When you're not doing anything sexual, start talking about what you like when she does it, and then talk about what she should do that would be hot... she'll take mental notes, believe me.

I think that you should tell her to be gentle. Just remind her that she is supposed to pleasing you and making you feel good.
