like breakfast,lunch and dinner or is that too much? i don't like eating. i'm not hungry sometimes but yeah i'm vegan also so how am i supposed toeat and the amount so i can be healthy

You need to eat 3 meals a day. If you don't feel hungry at least have some protein-cheese,peanut butter- to keep yourself from feelign faint.

I am not supposed to have meat, milk, or eggs in my diet to help control some allergens and to improve my health. So, the dairy quantities were challenging...I found that making smoothies (yogurt and fruit drinks) was one way that I could get my 'smiley face' for the dairy requirements (3 cups per day). Just make sure that you get at least 5 fruits and vegtables a day. As your a vegan it is really important that you eat lots of nuts, beans and pulses as these will provide you with some protein. Its also important for you to eat carbohydrates, and fats too people say that they are bad all the time, but are important in your diet too.

breakfast is the most important meal of all. so, try to have healthy meal for breakfast, for lunch u eat neither light food nor heavy. and dinner shud always be light food. in order to be healthy u sud have all those three meals. also have milk everyday, its good for your health.

Eat regularly because your body is still growing. Do not deprive yourself of necessary nurtrients.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water and juices and you will be just fine.

go to a dietition, thats what i did. it's the only way. and it works

its very simple: eat when your hungry, and i know your gonna hate this but....humans need MEAT!
