Try herbal tea- there is an amazing variety out there, and most of them do not contain caffeine. You can find apple cinnamon, vanilla, chamomil, mint, peach, plum, ginger, and many other kind of tea in any store. They are also great chilled or with ice, and taste good without any sugar.
Water with a splash of fruit juice is also good, and I think it tastes way better than propel and other flavored waters. Try limeade, lemonade, etc (if you do not add sugar, they have close to 0 calories). Also, if you try to avoid added sugar, but are allowed to eat fruit sugar, homemade smoothies without cream and added sugar are a great snack and a way to get some hydration. Strawberry (or any berry) is awesome. I like strawberry banana, but I am sure you can find a ton of recipes out there.

There are many good teas out there that are caffine free and are awesome. If you're like me and find making tea all the time tedious, make it iced. Buy loose leaf teas - if you do not have a tea shop or good health food store, there is a decent selection at grocery stores now. I use about 1/4 cup tea to 2 cups water, but adjust to your tastes. Mix in a glass pitcher (to avoid picking up flavors from previous beverages) at supper time and refridgerate overnight - strain in the morning. Can you have splenda? If so, sweeten to taste! Enjoy. I have several loose teas on hand and many are fruit teas that have intense fruity flavors. They might be good to curb any cravings you may have as well. My friend is on a fairly strict diet and I make these for him all the time. He loves my Long Island Strawberry green tea! Good luck and I wish you lots of success!

You can drink Crystal Lite drinks. They have decaffinated flavors if that is a concern to you.
Either that or just put some lemon or ginger in your water.

Unsweetened soy milk is good. It's got protein, low carbs, no carbonation or caffeine. It's the perfect drink. Make sure it's unsweetened organic.

Can you have (freshly squeezed) fruit juice, it has no added sugar. Or what about water with slice lemon in it, or Iced tea.

diverse strokes for diverse individuals. one element that is a contributing element is the customary of the espresso. when you're ingesting some low priced crappy espresso, it really is brewed improperly, then for sure it is going to style like dirty water. i recognize black espresso, yet when it really is a few junky stuff I spit it out...undesirable espresso tastes like dirty sock water! in spite of in case you get some tremendous espresso you ought to nonetheless opt to positioned cream and/or sugar in it, yet you'll decide on a lot less to make it style solid.
