whats the best book that documents the history of the 506 easy coy p.i.r.?

the reason is that i watched band of brothers and that it is of intrest to me, as all regiments of ww2 and that both grand parents fought in the war.

band of brothers was based on a book. you could try that? would no doubt have more information in it than the tv series.
