Well from experienc....I took 48........I felt total stupid .......I feel asleep in the middle of walking (Literally) I found it hard to breath. I forgot how to talkk and couldn't talk.....I could hardly move or comprehend the letter A.......um......call 911 if he starts to feel scared.....Take it from someone with experience.
