this is how easy it is to get on the sex offendors list. Us guys are the ones that have a greater chance of it. If you get caught urinating at a place not a a restroom like off your porch at your house, your on it. That would be called indescent exposure.

Actually, you aren't entirely correct. In most states Indecent Exposure does NOT mean you are guilty of a sex offense. However, public urination DOES. Quite frankly, that's screwed up! I suggest you do a bit more research on the issue.

Actually, you will not get on a sexual offender list for peeing off your back porch. Unless you were purposely exposing yourself in front of someone and swinging you thing at them or something...and indescent exposure like that, you would simply be tickted and pay a small fine

You have your facts wrong. Urinating off your porch is not a sex offender act. Sexual offenders are no laughing/joking matter. To get onto the registry you have to have been convicted of a sex offense. There are categories of offender, based on the seriousness of the offense.

Yes, that is correct. In California, If someone sees you pissing in public and calls the police, you will go on that list. A cop friend told me this.
