What would be your purpose in telling the guy who you know has feelings for you about how you have a lunch date with an old friend who used to say when you were kids that he was going to marry you, and also telling him about how another guy was flirting with you online. By the way, she has been flirting with me more but now I'm confused of her real feelings.

Part of me would think she wants you to lose hope in being with her. But its also possible she wants you to know she's a wanted woman. It depends on the kind of person she is. If I were to say that,Id say it only if I wanted the guy to back off. But I know its uncool to talk about stuff like that and it makes the guy uneasy,which I wouldnt want the guy I like to feel that way. Maybe she's young? Young girls can be confusing,who knows what theyre thinking. However,she IS flirting with you. Maybe she likes you or you and him(and needs to figure out who she likes more) or maybeshe just has a flirtacious personality.

Shes obviously still hooked on this "friend" and probably is using you to try and get over him. You caught he on the rebound. Good Luck to you, if you want my advice, do not get close to her if shes gonna just break your heart by hooking up with another guy

Personally ---she's playing mind games. I think deep down she is trying to make you jealous. Or a really bad way to play hard to get. She is trying to have you realize that she can have anyone she wants, and that is just immature

Maybe she was just making conversations..or she just doesnt share the same feeling you have..maybe she just sees you as a friend.
Or she's playing hard to get by giving you a hint that your not the only guy thats after her.

She's playing mind games.
Dump her and be thankful you did.
She lacks a conscience - she plays games and sees nothing wrong with it.
If she's pulling this crap now, imagine what it will be like when her twisted tentacles have more of your heart and mind to mess with.
Be straight with her, tell her she's history, tell her why, then be resolute and NEVER SEE HER AGAIN!

She wants you to be jealous..some girls love to do that. She's playing games, don't give her the response she's looking for. Just act unphased about all these boys, she's probably making it up anyway.

My guess would be that she's trying to gauge your reaction. Maybe trying to see how strong of feelings you have for her without really coming out and asking you.
