What is the last thing that you do/think before falling asleep at night?

I thank God for another day, and ask Him to see me through the next one if He sees fit to give it to me. I also think how nice it is to be going to bed beside my wife rather than a dorm full of strangers like when I was in prison.

the last thing that I do before falling asleep is watching tv then brush my teeth and I will fall asleep easily

If that day was a good day, and I had fun, or did something amazing, or went somewhere cool, I think about that. And if not, I think about tomorrow. How it's going to be, what I'm going to do, etc. And if tomorrow will be a special day, like I'm going somewhere or something cool going to happen tomorrow, I think about that. And if I didn't have a good day, or if there's nothing good the next day, I think about my family and me. How we're perfect and how everything's going great. Or I might sing/hum myself to sleep.

If I go to sleep at 11pm will have to wake up at midnight right after i fell asleep or will i get to sleep until at least 6:30am,how long is my baby going to let me sleep?

I think, I don't want to go to sleep,,,,,, I want to stay up and play.
Then I brush my teeth,wash face, put on moisturizer, kiss the kids on the forehead, stare at them a little bit while they are sleeping, say my prayers zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
