I was incarcerated and my friend asked me if i would leave my credit cards open for her to use. Naturally, i did and she used and paid them well for 2years. After two years, she didn't pay yet all purchases were hers. Now that I'm home I want to take her to court. Tried talking to her and she only wants to pay 1 out of 3. If that. Her credit is good and I now have none.

Take her to court. That's simply fraud and theft, not negligence. Call a lawyer and remember to ask for interest expenses, punitive damages attorney's fees and court costs. But if you decide to sue, say goodbye to the friendship.

i would (If I were you) charge her with fraud, since she wants to play dirty, YOU PLAY DIRTY TOO!
Call the credit card company tell them you were in jail and that you did NOT authorize her to use these cards.
They will prosecute her for you but more importantly they will not make you pay for this
DENY, DENY, DENY
since she doesnt have a problem being dishonest, why should you!

I hope the two of you are not friends anymore.
Unless you take her to court, she is NOT going to pay.
I dont blame her, she thinks that you are a fool
so unless you show her otherwise, you get screwed three times
1. HIGH interest rates (on defaulted card)
2. making payments for something you dont even have
3. horrible credit so you cant get anything else.

Call the credit card company today.
Tell them SHE used the cards without your authorization (they wont know that you are lying)
its your word against hers.
Even if they do believe that you let her use them, they will then know that SHE did use them and maybe make her pay.
but the key here is to tell them that she was NOT an authorized user.
you asked her to pay the credit cards ONLY!
NOT USE THEM
