Well T3's are pretty heavy stuff. If it is for a oral surgery, then I understand. But with narcs like that, it is best not to over do it. But if it is unbearble you can take another one after an hour or so, just don't overload

Call your dentist (or doctor) and let them know what is happening. They may want to prescribe something different, like vicodin which is stronger, and they can tell you how much of the tylenol 3 is okay to take.

Tylenol 3 has caffeine in it, as well as the codeine and acetaminophen, so if you are sensitive to caffeine and are finding you need to increase your doses you also might want to ask for a different drug.

You can take another one now if one tablet is not working. If your order if for one or two tablets every 4 hours and you take only one tablet but in about 30minutes you can tell it isn't helping then take the second tablet. Then wait 4 hours before taking any more though

Orajel is dramatic in its effect of relieving pain in the mouth.

If it is gum pain from a dental surgery or tooth growing, try putting some orajel on it. It numbs the area. I use it for when my wisdom teeth grow. It is a Godsend!

Always follow the instructions on your medicine bottle. The only instructions otherwise should be given from the medical person who perscribed the meds.
