Tell your friend that no one can make some one like them. And it's up to you wether you want to loose your best friend by dating him. I would keep the friend. Men come and go,you are both young and have many years ahead to meet the right guy.

Be really careful with this one hon. Before you go any further think a few things over. Does he know that your best friend likes him? What are his motives behind asking you? Is he really good enough for you to want to jeopardise you friendship?

well it depends on whether or not he knows that your best friend likes him...and if you like him...if you don't then you shouldn't go out with him but if you do then you have to be considerate of your best friend and how she has feelings for him and if you would want to have your friendship go to pieces b/c of jealousy and etc. and i'm pretty sure you're to close for that...so really it all comes down to you and you're decision...and how it will effect the things in the future...so good luck!!!

first of all, do you like him, i mean as much as your friend does, if so, then try to tell your friend and hopefully she will understand. If you don't really like the guy, then don't even go out with him because your friend seems to be really hurt that he likes you instead.

It depends. Do you really like the guy? Do you really like your friend?
I personally don't think its worth ruining a great friendship if she really really likes this guy and you just think it would be cool to go out with him. There are plenty of guys out there and if you decide to date him, you may really hurt your friend.
It's not fair but that's life.

Ask Kelsey how she would feel if you and this guy were to go out. If she's not comfortable with it, DO NOT GO OUT WITH THE GUY.
If she's your best friend, you'd go out of your way to not hurt her.
