okay first of all i dont know the answer for this question but do a lil more research.

Watan is definitely Hindi for nation ALSO. (along with desh)
idk about arabic but yea.

Mellat>>> u have to pronounce "l" twice.
we also sometimes calls it like those arabs as vatan>>> connsider that it's "v" instead of "w".
Mooten is sometimes used.
