If you recommend thin highlights, what shade would you recommend for dark hair?

Only if you want to show up a specific area of your face or hair. other than that they just end up looking tacky and when its time to do over the color it look horrible as the highlights are chunkier!

i dont like them and you will get bad regrowth which doesnt look very good i suggest you go for a higher amount of thinner ones and i would only go a few shades lighter not like blonde or nething if you have dark hair already

NO. They look unnatural and weird. If you want highlights, get a weave that looks natural and nice.
