If anyone can tell Exsactly How to Make a Strawberry-Banana smoothie that'd be awesome, thanks.(if theres like a recipe on a website i'll be better then an normal answer, then again thanks.

Ingredients/Directions
1 cup apple juice
1 cup strawberries, frozen
1/2 cup bananas, frozen
1 cup frozen yogurt or sherbet
1/2 cup ice

Pour apple juice in blender. Add strawberries, bananas, yogurt or sherbet and ice cubes. Blend until smooth with a thick consistency. Makes about 3 cups.

skim milk, yoghurt, honey, fresh banana and strawberries, and crushed ice.
