My dad's wife is a real *****. She's also 35 years younger than him. Anyway, On all the days of the year they could have chosen to announce her pregnancy, they chose to do it in my wedding. Isnt that tacky? and rude?

Very tacky and rude.
I'm sorry they didn't have more respect for you on what should have been your day.
This reminds me of a baby shower I attended where the father-to-be announced to everyone in the room that his niece was also expecting and had her stand up so everyone could acknowledge her. I felt so bad for this guy's wife. It was HER shower, not the niece's!
I don't know why people think it's OK to steal the spotlight.

Though it WOULD have been funny to *very loudly* congratulate her by saying "Thank God! I just thought you were getting fat!"

Just a little bit tacky. It sounds as if you don't care too much for her. I think life is too short to worry about such stuff. Take it easy and don't let it get under your skin like this. Be the bigger person here.

no offense, but that is very rude. It was your special day, and you probably weren't so pleased to hear that they were getting married in the first place, but then to hear that your stepmom was pregnant

Yes she should have done it another way and time. Show that she is immature and cares only about herself.
