I saw on this show these white dots?

These people had white dots in their mouth and they only showed up one at a time but they were some sort of illness? Does anyone know what the white dots were? I'm wondering and i would really like to know

could be LEUKOPLAKIA ...should be removed because sometimes they turn into mouth cancer.

you can get white dots when you get your toncils removed
